Due to contractual commitments to our major suppliers, we cannot offer to service on an ad-hoc basis. However, we guarantee the quality of all equipment, which is fully serviced before dispatch.
All our staff are trained to manufacturer guidelines with many years of experience giving you complete confidence in your purchases with us.

Your Right to Cancel
In accordance with distance selling laws in the UK, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund on any order if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification for a full refund to be issued.
- Prior to delivery, you are responsible for informing us of any restrictions regarding access to the property that may be a hindrance to our installation engineers and/or couriers. Please note that due to the size of some of our delivery vehicles, tight bends, narrow lanes, etc. may prevent access. If this information is not provided and we are unsuccessful in delivering your items we cannot accept any claims for compensation, and you will still be liable for delivery charges.
- A signature will be required upon receiving the goods. Please check that everything is correct before removing any items from the pallet they were delivered on prior to signing, as any claim for damage cannot be accepted after this. Signing the delivery note stating that the goods were not checked etc. will also invalidate any claims for damage.
If your item arrives damaged then you must decline delivery, any damages after signature as any claim for damage cannot be accepted after this.
Returns are accepted within 31 days of delivery, the returns are dependent upon the platform used to purchase. Please check prior to submitting a return request.
All return must go through a 4 step process prior to us accepting a return for refund or replacement
A. All issues must be submitted to email@example.com within the return period you agreed at the point of purchase.
B. Troubleshooting methods with one of our dedicated support agents
C. ALL items must be returned on pallet at kerbside as initially delivered.
Return postage is to be covered by YOU the BUYER.
Replacements are accepted within the 31 day free warranty provided the replacement are to be authorised by the DIRECTOR and will have had to go through all troubleshooting methods. If a replacement is agreed we may not have the exact product in stock so therefore a like for like replacement would be provided
A. Refunds will only be accepted pending authorisation within 31 days of delivery or collection.
B. Refunds will be processed to the payment method originally used, all refunds are ONLY processed after returned delivery and item is as stated upon authorisation.
For new equipment the warranty lasts for 12 months from the point of delivery or collection.
For refurbished equipment the warranty lasts for 31 days from the point of delivery or collection.
The warranty covers any damage which is not caused by human error or miss-use of the product. Warranty is void if the item purchased has been tampered with or serviced by any engineer that is not authorised by us.
